The rooms are clean and have balconies overlooking a river, which is nice for relaxing. The breakfast area is pretty small. Fishing nearby was a great bonus for us. The mattress was too firm for my liking.

Rooms were spacious and clean, with nice river views from the balcony. The breakfast area felt a bit cramped during busy times. Great location near fishing spots and golf courses for outdoor activities.

The kids loved the circus theme and we enjoyed the carnival games right in the hotel we played and laughed together plus the food options were really good and the pizza hit the spot after a long day of activities
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but we felt it was worth it for everything we got to experience

Quiet riverfront, quiet view with a balcony overlooking the river where I enjoyed watching ducks and geese while sipping afternoon coffee.
Don’t have any issues at all.

The furniture was comfortable, and the spacious layout allowed us to move around freely. The view of the creek from the balcony added a touch of serenity to our experience, with the soothing sounds of nature creating a relaxing atmosphere. there were a few issues that detracted from our overall enjoyment. The HVAC controls were a bit tricky to manage, resulting in the room feeling too cold at times, especially during the night. Although we brought this up with the staff, the problem persisted throughout our stay. On the upside, the cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the fresh air added to the pleasant environment. The staff was helpful during check, in and check, out, and the Wi, Fi connectivity was reliable. the proximity to good dining options was a definite plus. On the downside, we noticed some hair on the supposedly clean towels and in the tub, which was a bit off, putting. The layout of the room was not well thought out, particularly with the jacuzzi tub positioned right in front of the door, compromising privacy. The quality of the towels and bedding was below par considering the price we paid for our stay. Despite these drawbacks, the presence of a fireplace in the room and the convenience of having two sinks in the bathroom were thoughtful touches that enhanced our comfort. The issue of dampness in the room was a significant concern, making the carpet, bedding, and towels feel perpetually moist. This made our stay less enjoyable, despite the efforts of the air conditioning system. the noise from the geese and ducks near the river served as an unexpected wake, up call each morning, disrupting our peaceful rest. the bed frame made the mattress extremely firm, leading to discomfort and restless sleep for us.

We loved how this charming motel was nestled right off the main parkway, making it super easy to stroll to attractions like Dollywood, which is less than 2 km away, or grab a bite at charming eateries like Funky Budha just a few steps away, while also being far enough from the noise of the hustle and bustle to enjoy peaceful mornings by the river watching ducks and geese; the staff was friendly, breakfast was a nice perk, and the comfy rooms even had fireplaces for a cozy touch, but I did wish there were better designated smoking areas that weren't so messy.

Just a solid selection for a flash stay in Pigeon Forge with good value for money. Rooms were very clean.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The bed provided a good night's sleep, and I appreciated the quietude throughout my stay. The fireplace added a cozy touch, while the balcony offered stunning views of the river and surroundings. The bathroom was spacious with double sinks, making it convenient for our needs. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, even brewing fresh coffee late at night. the breakfast choices were limited, and I noticed some hair on the towels. The jacuzzi tub's location felt exposed, which was a slight concern for privacy.

Clean, spacious room with a lovely view of the river and comfy beds made for a pleasant stay. The balcony was a nice touch, perfect for watching ducks and geese. Breakfast offered warm eggs, sausage, and scrumptious muffins—though the scrambled eggs could use improvement. The staff were generally friendly, but the check-in experience could have been warmer. One safety concern regarding the ramp to the elevator should be addressed, as the warning stripes are not visible from one side. Great location near attractions, making this a solid choice for a quick getaway.

The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the river. The staff was friendly and super attentive, and the variety at breakfast was impressive, especially those fresh Belgian waffles.
The breakfast area felt a bit too tight for all those guests.

Clean, well-maintained hotel. Excellent staff. Checking in was swift, even an hour early. Rooms are spacious with dual vanities—a thoughtful touch. The balcony view over the creek was serene, perfect for morning wildlife watching. Beds were comfortable, but the pillows were lacking. Just three flimsy options didn't cut it. Breakfast was mediocre, not matching the high standards elsewhere. The air conditioning unit was noisy, but not a dealbreaker. The couch could use an upgrade; it didn't provide the support needed for relaxation. One significant drawback: the dumpster placement is a safety concern. a pleasant stay, ideal for those seeking peace away from the crowds. Would return, but with a few adjustments in mind.

Great location, spacious rooms, but Wi-Fi could be a bit stronger.

The beds felt like concrete slabs, ruining my sleep every night. I woke up sore and frustrated. Plus, I had to cough up cash at check-in, but they still froze my credit card for the full amount. Total hassle!

The variety of breakfast items was a feast fit for a queen. Staying there is a no-brainer with all the amenities. I enjoyed the river view and the cozy fireplace.
I loved having to walk through droppings to have a smoke break.

The breakfast was delish, not your average hotel breakfast! The cleanliness was spot on, and the view of the river from our balcony was so peaceful. It's located close to attractions, but not right in the craziness. Bonus points for the friendly staff and a black cat that made us smile every day!
The shower in our room sounded like a banshee when turned on. Plus, a noisy neighboring dog made us feel like we were in a kennel.

We absolutely loved unwinding by the outdoor fire pit at night, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories as a family. It was a cozy spot to relax after our exciting days exploring Pigeon Forge. The ambiance of the fire pit made our family time even more special.
For dads it would be great to have a small playground on the premises for younger children.

My squad and I had a lit time at the outdoor fire pit, chilling and roasting marshmallows after hiking in the Smokey Mountains and tearing up the go-kart tracks. Breakfast was clutch after hitting the trolley station. The crew there was super cool!
Only thing missing for us party animals was a dope rooftop hangout spot to vibe and mingle with other cool peeps.

my recent stay at twin mountain inn & suites was amazing! the spacious room with a balcony overlooking the river was perfect for a peaceful getaway. the location was ideal, away from the main road but still within walking distance to attractions. the comfortable beds, efficient AC, and smooth check-in made for a truly enjoyable stay.
Almost perfect 😊

During our romantic escape, we adored the vintage vibe of the hotel and loved relaxing on the balcony with a view of the serene river and cute ducks. The cozy bed provided us with a comfortable night's sleep after exploring the nearby Smokies. Additionally, being just a short drive from the main tourist spots offered us the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.
The continental breakfast was a bit lacking compared to our previous experiences, where we were able to enjoy a delicious meal at a nearby Pancake house. Also, we had some noise disturbances from a neighboring room with a whining dog, which interrupted our peaceful vacation vibes.

Our family of three adults had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the serene river. The dual sinks were a convenient feature, perfect for our family's needs. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms, with no lingering odors despite being pet-friendly. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even drying off chairs at the firepit. The tranquil location and the sound of the river made for a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
That it was a bit of a walk to reach the main street area.

I had the most relaxing visit to the mountains at a hotel set back from the busy Parkway. The balcony overlooking the river, gas fireplace, and excellent water pressure made for a perfect stay. I could fall asleep to the soothing sound of the river and enjoy my morning coffee while watching the wildlife. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.
